AN ACT INCREASING THE MAXIMUM MILL RATE FOR MOTOR
VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-71e of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
maximum mill rate for motor vehicles from 32.46 mills to 36.0 mills. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum mill rate for motor vehicles from 32.46 mills
to 36.0 mills.
