AN ACT REPEALING THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEAL
PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be repealed. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal section 8-30g of the general statutes to return zoning control
authority to municipalities.
