AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN PERSONS
FROM THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE
REGISTRATION FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt persons sixty-five 1
and older from the Passport to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt senior citizens from the Passport to the Parks fee.
