AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS, VETERANS AND ACTIVE
DUTY MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES FROM THE PASSPORT
TO THE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be 1
amended to exempt any person who is sixty-five years or older, a 2
veteran or an active duty member of the armed forces from the Passport 3
to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt seniors, veterans and active duty members of the armed
forces from the Passport to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee.
