AN ACT REQUIRING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ATTORNEY
GENERAL AND CONSUMER COUNSEL TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require that the 1
Attorney General and the Consumer Counsel, or their respective 2
designees, be appointed to the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that the Attorney General and the Consumer Counsel, or
their respective designees, be appointed to the Public Utilities
Regulatory Authority.
