AN ACT CONCERNING THE CAP ON RESEARCH AND
DEVELOPMENT TAX CREDITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
amount of research and development tax credits a taxpayer may utilize 2
in an income year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of research and development tax credits a
taxpayer may utilize in an income year.
