AN ACT CONCERNING THE METHODOLOGY USED TO ADJUST THE
VOLATILITY CAP TRANSFER THRESHOLD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the methodology used to calculate the annual adjustment to the 1
threshold amount of the revenue transfer under section 4-30a of the 2
general statutes be amended to be the greater of (1) the annual growth 3
rate of personal income, or (2) the change in the consumer price index 4
for all urban consumers. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the methodology used to calculate the annual adjustment to
the threshold amount of the revenue transfer under section 4-30a of the
general statutes.
