AN ACT CONCERNING QUALIFIED IMMUNITY FOR LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to fully restore 1
qualified immunity to law enforcement officers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce ambiguity related to qualified immunity for law enforcement
officers and provide guidance for such officers regarding lawful actions
in the field.
