AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES OF
OCCUPANCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-3 of the general statutes be amended to authorize a 1
municipal zoning commission to withhold the issuance of a certificate 2
of occupancy for a building, use or structure associated with an 3
approved site plan until any easements or other deed restrictions 4
included in such approved site plan are executed by all relevant parties 5
and in full legal effect. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure developer compliance with site plans approved by municipal
zoning commissions.
