| 24 | 24 | That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to allow a 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | municipality to reduce the assessed value of any unit located in a 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | common interest community when such unit no longer receives certain 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | municipal services, including, but not limited to, the collection and 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | disposal of garbage, trash, rubbish, waste material or the maintenance 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | of roads that provide access to such unit. 6 | |

| 31 | 31 | To allow a municipality to reduce the assessed value of any unit located | |
| 32 | 32 | in a common interest community when such unit no longer receives | |
| 33 | 33 | certain municipal services. |
