AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ONLINE PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL
LEGAL NOTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
municipalities to post legal notices on municipal Internet web sites in 2
lieu of publication in a newspaper. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to post legal notices on municipal Internet
web sites in lieu of publication in a newspaper.
