Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to authorize the 1
sale of consumer fireworks in this state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the sale of consumer fireworks in this state.
