24 | 24 | That the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection 1 | |
25 | 25 | conduct an audit of each law enforcement unit to ascertain the following 2 | |
26 | 26 | information regarding compliance with the requirements of section 29-3 | |
27 | 27 | 32c of the general statutes: (1) The location within each police station, 4 | |
28 | 28 | headquarters or barracks where the information required by said 5 | |
29 | 29 | section is posted; (2) the specific language used to present such 6 | |
30 | 30 | information; (3) the size and visibility of the statement required by said 7 | |
31 | 31 | section; and (4) the number of law enforcement units who are compliant 8 | |
32 | 32 | or noncompliant with the posting requirement established by said 9 | |
