Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to eliminate service in time of 1
war as an eligibility criterion for certain state and municipal veterans' 2
benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate service in time of war as an eligibility criterion for certain
state and municipal veterans' benefits.
