AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR
CHILD CARE PROVIDERS UNDER THE STATE EMPLOYEE HEALTH
PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow any child care 1
provider, including, but not limited to, any home child care provider, to 2
participate in the state employee health plan. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow any child care provider, including, but not limited to, any
home child care provider, to participate in the state employee health
plan.
