AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR NONPROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to adjust annual appropriations 1
to nonprofit organizations in accordance with any change in the 2
consumer price index or a similar metric to account for inflation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To automatically adjust state funding for nonprofit organizations to
align with annual inflation rates.
