AN ACT PRIORITIZING SMALL TOWNS FOR EDUCATION FUNDING
OPPORTUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-262h of the general statutes be amended to prioritize 1
towns with populations at or below twenty-five thousand in the 2
equalization aid grant formula. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prioritize towns with populations at or below twenty-five thousand
for state education funding.
