AN ACT AUTHORIZING BUTCHER SHOPS TO PROCESS FARMER -
OWNED AND USDA INSPECTED LIVESTOCK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize butcher shops to 1
process farmer-owned and USDA inspected livestock. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To address the backlog for the processing of farmers' livestock.
