AN ACT PROHIBITING THE NONAGRICULTURAL USE OF
NEONICOTINOIDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the possession, use 1
or sale of neonicotinoids except for use on agricultural plants. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the nonagricultural use of neonicotinoids.
