1920 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELECTRONIC PORTAL FOR
2021 APPLICATIONS FOR STATE GRANT PROGRAMS.
2122 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2223 Assembly convened:

2425 Section 1. Section 4-68dd of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
2526 following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): 2
2627 (a) [The] Not later than July 1, 2026, the Secretary of the Office of 3
2728 Policy and Management shall, within available appropriations, 4
2829 establish and maintain a single electronic portal available on the Internet 5
2930 and located on the Office of Policy and Management's Internet web site 6
3031 concerning grants administered or provided by state agencies for the 7
3132 purpose of posting all state-funded [municipal] grant applications. Such 8
3233 electronic portal shall be known as the [Municipal] State Grant Portal. 9
3334 (b) The [Municipal] State Grant Portal shall include, but not be 10
3435 limited to: (1) All state-funded [municipal] grant applications, [and 11
3536 municipal reimbursement request forms,] (2) a searchable database for 12
3637 locating information regarding state-funded [municipal] grants, [and] 13
37-(3) an Internet web page dedicated to state-funded municipal grant 14 Committee Bill No. 5267
