19	20		AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN ELECTRONIC PORTAL FOR
20	21		APPLICATIONS FOR STATE GRANT PROGRAMS.
21	22		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
22	23		Assembly convened:

24	25		Section 1. Section 4-68dd of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
25	26		following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage): 2
26	27		(a) [The] Not later than July 1, 2026, the Secretary of the Office of 3
27	28		Policy and Management shall, within available appropriations, 4
28	29		establish and maintain a single electronic portal available on the Internet 5
29	30		and located on the Office of Policy and Management's Internet web site 6
30	31		concerning grants administered or provided by state agencies for the 7
31	32		purpose of posting all state-funded [municipal] grant applications. Such 8
32	33		electronic portal shall be known as the [Municipal] State Grant Portal. 9
33	34		(b) The [Municipal] State Grant Portal shall include, but not be 10
34	35		limited to: (1) All state-funded [municipal] grant applications, [and 11
35	36		municipal reimbursement request forms,] (2) a searchable database for 12
36	37		locating information regarding state-funded [municipal] grants, [and] 13
37		-	(3) an Internet web page dedicated to state-funded municipal grant 14 Committee Bill No. 5267

46	48		This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
