Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require regulation of the 1
advertising practices of private career schools to prevent deceptive 2
marketing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To regulate the advertising practices of private career schools to prevent
deceptive marketing.
