AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC STALKING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53a-181f of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
the penalty for electronic stalking. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To better protect victims of electronic stalking.
