AN ACT CONCERNING THREATS MADE TO SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 53a-180 to 53a-180d, inclusive, of the general statutes be 1
amended to increase the penalty for violations of said sections. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To discourage and punish the reporting of false threats to school
systems.
