AN ACT CONCERNING NONEXEMPT EMPLOYEES OF THE DIVISION
OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 67 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
nonexempt employees of the Division of Criminal Justice to be 2
employed as adjunct professors of criminal justice at a community 3
college in the state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow nonexempt employees of the Division of Criminal Justice to be
employed as adjunct professors.
