AN ACT REPEALING THE ADOPTION OF THE UNITED STATES
FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION'S FOOD CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 19 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the 1
Department of Public Health's adoption and administration by 2
reference of the United States Food and Drug Administration's Food 3
Code. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the adoption of the United States Food and Drug
Administration's Food Code.
