AN ACT EXEMPTING THE CIVIL AIR PATROL FROM CERTAIN
LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 368r of the general statutes be amended to exempt the 1
civil air patrol from the licensure requirements of said chapter. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To enable the civil air patrol to operate seasonal encampments for cadets
without being licensed under chapter 368r of the general statutes.
