AN ACT RESTORING QUALIFIED IMMUNITY TO LAW
ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to restore 1
qualified immunity to law enforcement officers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce ambiguity and provide guidance for law enforcement officers
regarding proper actions in the field.
