AN ACT INCLUDING THE LAND ON WHICH A DWELLING SITS IN
THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR VETERANS WITH A
SERVICE-CONNECTED PERMANENT AND TOTAL DISABILITY
RATING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subdivision (83) of section 12-81 of the general statutes be 1
amended to include the land on which a dwelling sits, in addition to the 2
dwelling itself, in the property tax exemption for veterans with a 3
service-connected permanent and total disability rating. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To include the land on which a dwelling sits, in addition to the dwelling
itself, in a certain veterans property tax exemption.
