AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF
CONNECTICUT MARCHING BAND UNIFORMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to The University of 1
Connecticut, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2
2026, to provide uniforms for the university's marching band. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for The University of Connecticut to purchase new
uniforms for the first time in fifteen years for its marching band
members.
