AN ACT CONCERNING PARTIAL MORTGAGE PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 846 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers shall accept and apply any 2
partial mortgage payment made by a mortgagor. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers shall accept
and apply any partial mortgage payment made by a mortgagor.
