2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2525 That the general statutes be amended to divert a portion of 1
2626 supplemental nutrition assistance benefits to drug counseling for 2
2727 beneficiaries convicted of committing a drug-related felony. 3
2828 Statement of Purpose:
2929 To provide drug counseling to those who are convicted of committing a
3030 drug-related felony while receiving state-administered supplemental
3131 nutrition assistance program benefits.
