AN ACT PROHIBITING EMPLOYERS AND PUBLIC OFFICIALS FROM REQUIRING PROOF OF A COVID -19 VACCINATION. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit (1) employers from 1 requiring proof of the COVID-19 vaccination from employees, 2 prospective employees, customers or vendors, (2) employers from 3 inquiring about COVID-19 vaccination records of employees, 4 prospective employees, customers or vendors, and (3) public officials 5 from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination of individuals for use of 6 state or municipal lands, parks or buildings. 7 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit employers and public officials from requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
