| 25 | 25 | for pedestrians and bicyclists, but not persons operating motorized 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | vehicles, to cross the Housatonic Railroad at grade, (2) the cost of such 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | installation and maintenance of the railroad crossing shall be borne by 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | the town of Newtown, and (3) section 52-557 of the general statutes be 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | amended to redefine "recreational purpose" to include using such 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | railroad crossing and redefine "owner" to include the Housatonic 7 | |
