AN ACT STUDYING THE FEASIBILITY OF INSTALLING AN
ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC LANE ON A PORTION OF INTERSTATE
ROUTE 84.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Transportation study the feasibility of 1
installing an additional traffic lane on Interstate Route 84 eastbound and 2
westbound from exit 7 in the city of Danbury to exit 20 in the city of 3
Waterbury. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study the feasibility of installing an additional traffic lane on a
portion of Interstate Route 84 in order to significantly reduce traffic
congestion.
