23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to require: (1) The state to 1 | |
24 | 24 | establish the Zero-Emission Aftermarket Conversion Project and create 2 | |
25 | 25 | a Clean Vehicle Rebate Project to provide an applicant who is a resident 3 | |
26 | 26 | of the state with a rebate for an eligible vehicle that has been converted 4 | |
27 | 27 | into a zero-emission vehicle; (2) the rebate issued pursuant to such 5 | |
28 | 28 | project shall be limited to one per vehicle and have a value of not more 6 | |
29 | 29 | than two thousand dollars; and (3) the state to establish guidelines and 7 | |
