1818 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ZERO -EMISSION AFTERMARKET
1919 CONVERSION PROJECT.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to require: (1) The state to 1
2424 establish the Zero-Emission Aftermarket Conversion Project and create 2
2525 a Clean Vehicle Rebate Project to provide an applicant who is a resident 3
2626 of the state with a rebate for an eligible vehicle that has been converted 4
2727 into a zero-emission vehicle; (2) the rebate issued pursuant to such 5
2828 project shall be limited to one per vehicle and have a value of not more 6
2929 than two thousand dollars; and (3) the state to establish guidelines and 7
3030 eligibility criteria for the program. 8
