AN ACT CONCERNING THE SEPARATION OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES
REGULATORY AUTHORITY FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the Public Utilities 1
Regulatory Authority from the Department of Energy and 2
Environmental Protection. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority from the
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
