| 26 | 26 | the Connecticut Siting Council (1) be required to provide said council 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | with a plan for the decommissioning, removal and disposal of such 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | system at the end of such system's use, and (2) be financially responsible 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | for any such decommissioning, removal and disposal. 6 | |
