AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER LINE ON JACKSON STREET IN THE
TOWN OF THOMASTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, the proceeds of which shall be used to provide a grant-3
in-aid to the town of Thomaston for the construction of a water line on 4
Jackson Street. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To construct a water line on Jackson Street in Thomaston.
