AN ACT EXPANDING HUSKY HEALTH COVERAGE TO INCOME - ELIGIBLE CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS REGARDLESS OF IMMIGRATION STATUS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to expand HUSKY 1 health coverage to all income-eligible children and young adults up to 2 age twenty-six regardless of their immigration status. 3 Statement of Purpose: To provide state-funded HUSKY health care coverage for income- eligible children and young adults up to age twenty-six regardless of their immigration status.
