AN ACT INCLUDING WORKFORCE HOUSING IN THE CALCULATION
OF THE THRESHOLD FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS
PROCEDURE EXEMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (k) of section 8-30g of the general statutes be 1
amended to include workforce housing, regardless of deed restriction, 2
in the calculation of the ten per cent threshold for exemption from the 3
affordable housing appeals procedure. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To include workforce housing in the calculation of the ten per cent
threshold for the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption.
