AN ACT INCLUDING PAROLE OFFICERS IN THE DEFINITION OF
PEACE OFFICERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53a-3 of the general statutes be amended to redefine 1
"peace officer" to include parole officers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To redefine "peace officer" to include parole officers.
