| 31 | 31 | establishment of probable cause that the incarcerated person is in 4 | |
| 32 | 32 | possession of contraband and that any cavity search be conducted only 5 | |
| 33 | 33 | if necessary and in the least invasive manner possible, and (3) report on 6 | |
