AN ACT CONCERNING THE SUMMARIZATION AND PUBLICATION
OF MUNICIPAL LEGAL NOTICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to permit any 1
municipality required to publish legal notice in a newspaper to instead 2
publish a summary of such notice along with a statement that the entire 3
legal notice may be viewed (1) on the Internet web site of such 4
municipality, and (2) in print at a municipal address provided. 5
Statement of Purpose:
