AN ACT ALLOWING THE USE OF PSILOCYBIN FOR MEDICINAL AND
THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the use of psilocybin 1
for medicinal and therapeutic purposes, including, but not limited to, 2
the provision of physical, mental or behavioral health care. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the use of psilocybin for medicinal and therapeutic purposes,
including, but not limited to, the provision of physical, mental or
behavioral health care.
