AN ACT ELIMINATING THE WEIGHT LIMITATION ON ELECTRIC
FOOT SCOOTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-1 of the general statutes be amended to redefine 1
"electric foot scooter" by eliminating the weight limitation of seventy-2
five pounds. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To redefine "electric foot scooter" by eliminating the weight limitation
of seventy-five pounds.
