Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to broaden eligibility 1 for parole to include those individuals serving long sentences for crimes 2 committed before the individual was twenty-five years of age, under 3 certain circumstances. 4 Statement of Purpose: To broaden eligibility for parole to include those individuals serving long sentences for crimes committed before the individual was twenty- five years of age, under certain circumstances.
