AN ACT INCREASING ACCESS TO THE HUSKY HEALTH PROGRAM
TO IMMIGRANTS WITHOUT LEGAL STATUS UP TO AGE TWENTY -
SIX AND OVER AGE SIXTY-FIVE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to increase access to 1
HUSKY health benefits to immigrants without legal status up to age 2
twenty-six and over age sixty-five. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide state-funded health benefits to otherwise eligible
immigrants without legal status up to age twenty-six and over age sixty-
five.
