AN ACT LIMITING ANNUAL PENSIONS FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 66 of the general statutes be amended to limit state 1
employee pension payments to one hundred thousand dollars per year. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide increased stability and sustainable solvency to the state
employees retirement system by limiting annual pension payments.
