AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING TO MUNICIPALITIES THAT ADOPT 
POLICIES TO RESTRICT OR PROHIBIT POLICE OFFICERS FROM 
NOTIFYING FEDERAL AUTHORITIES OF ARRESTS OF 
UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to suspend discretionary and 1 
noneducational funding to any municipality that adopts a policy to 2 
restrict or prohibit police officers from providing notice to federal 3 
authorities of the arrests of undocumented immigrants. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To restrict discretionary and noneducational funding to sanctuary cities.
