AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR
ELIGIBLE EDUCATOR EXPENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a personal income 1
tax credit for expenses incurred by educators for the purpose of 2
purchasing teaching supplies. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a personal income tax credit for expenses incurred by
educators for the purpose of purchasing teaching supplies.
